Important Information

Information Required From You

Before we suggest or assist you with entering into a loan or increasing the limit of an existing loan, we must assess whether that credit assistance would be unsuitable for you.

To do this, we are required to make reasonable enquiries about your borrowing objectives, requirements and financial situation, and to take reasonable steps to verify the information you provide.

  • The loan may be unsuitable if you cannot repay it without substantial hardship
  • The loan may be unsuitable if it does not meet your stated requirements or objectives
  • If we provide credit assistance, we will provide a preliminary credit assessment on request where required

  • Upfront commissions from lenders or finance providers
